Nuclear weapons are not for the purposes of the general public, but for the benefit of the development of science and technology

If Albert Einstein's "inventor of nuclear weapons" also creates international law, namely "whatever the reason, nuclear weapons can not be owned by anyone" above the world, then the ban will free the world from "the threat of nuclear war," or war that will destroy all living beings including mankind. But such expectations are too late, as the threat of nuclear war "seems to be at the door".

Then in accordance with the history of the creation of nuclear weapons in which the creator (Albert Einstein descendants of Israel who became German citizens at that time), actually did not want to surrender nuclear weapons technology to mankind, because it is known to be "able to push nuclear war". But Enstein's determination had to change, because the German Nazis made the issue that they were making nuclear weapons. So fear was preceded by the Nazi army to create nuclear weapons, then Einstein sent nuclear weapons technology to US President Roosevelt in Washinton (1943). And based on that history as well as with "the current circulation of nuclear weapons technology", it would be wise for the international community to hear Israeli and US opinions on the possession of nuclear weapons technology, so that the "danger of nuclear war" as now (2017) can be resolved with peace.
