Nuclear weapons are not for the purposes of the general public, but for the benefit of the development of science and technology

If Albert Einstein's "inventor of nuclear weapons" also creates international law, namely "whatever the reason, nuclear weapons can not be owned by anyone" above the world, then the ban will free the world from "the threat of nuclear war," or war that will destroy all living beings including mankind.
